These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the use of the HM88 online gaming platform, accessible at https://hm88.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service"). HM88 is an internationally operated online gaming and sports-betting service ("Operator", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Operator and any person who accesses, browses, registers on or uses the Platform ("User", "you", "your").

By accessing the Platform — whether to browse, register an account, deposit funds, place a bet, play a casino game or use any other feature — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

To open an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or be a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for verifying this.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from any gambling service under a self-exclusion scheme that the Operator is required to honour.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended HM88 Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process on the Platform and create an Account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal details including, but not limited to, your full name, date of birth, residential address and contact information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details.

The Operator reserves the right to carry out KYC verification at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or following a significant increase in deposit activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

• Only one Account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address or payment method.
• Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must notify HM88 support promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• The Operator may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, HM88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any Platform content.

The Platform and all its content — including game software, sports-odds data, text, images, graphics, trademarks and logos — are the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors. Any unauthorised use, scraping, reverse engineering or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

All gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning procedures. The Operator does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner outside the standard documented game rules and stated RTPs.

All Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Operator makes available various payment methods as familiar references for Pakistani users, which may include local bank transfers and mobile-wallet options. The Operator does not claim partnership with, or endorsement by, any Pakistani bank or mobile-money provider.

Availability of specific payment methods, applicable transaction limits (minimum and maximum), processing times and any applicable fees are subject to change and are governed by the Operator's current payment policy. Users should verify current options and limits at the time of each transaction.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are set by the Operator and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Funds deposited may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the Operator's AML procedures.
• The Operator reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending investigation where fraudulent activity or a Terms violation is suspected.
• Processing times vary by payment method; the Operator aims to process approved withdrawals promptly but cannot guarantee specific timeframes.

HM88 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, matched deposits, free bets or other incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms which must be read in full before accepting any offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per spin or per event applies. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages towards the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire within a specified period after being credited. Unused or unexpired bonus funds will be removed from your Account at expiry.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, as stated in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device, IP address or payment method.
• The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been accepted and wagering is in progress, the Operator will endeavour to honour the applicable terms.

All bets placed through HM88 are subject to the applicable sport-specific or game-specific rules in force at the time the bet is placed. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before wagering. General principles applicable across all bet types include:

• Bets are only accepted from verified, logged-in account holders. Bets placed by guests or unverified Users will not be honoured.
• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the Operator's system and a bet reference number has been issued. Pending or unconfirmed bets have no binding effect.
• In the event of any manifest error in odds, prices, payouts or game outcomes caused by a technical fault, human error or data-feed issue, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• For cricket and PSL markets specifically, settlement rules are based on the applicable cricket governing body's official results. Rain-affected matches, super-overs and DLS-adjusted results are settled in accordance with stated cricket-betting rules.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match events, data interruption or operator discretion. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to suspension remain valid.
• The Operator reserves the right to limit bet stakes, restrict market access or close an Account if unusual betting patterns are detected that may indicate abuse, arbitrage or system exploitation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the HM88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under the applicable minimum age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or game content.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that violates AML laws or regulations.
• Engaging in any behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harassing towards HM88 support staff or other users.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug or pricing anomaly. Such exploits must be reported to support immediately.

HM88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It is not a method of generating income, resolving financial difficulties or coping with stress or personal problems.

The Operator provides the following responsible-gambling tools, accessible from your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage your spend.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when your gaming session has exceeded a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly, and all marketing communications will cease immediately.

All content on the HM88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, audio, video, trademarks, service marks, trade names and the overall compilation of the Platform — is the property of the Operator or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, republication, distribution, broadcast, commercial use or the creation of derivative works without the prior written consent of the Operator.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a User's gambling activities on the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any errors in odds, prices or game outcomes caused by data-feed failures, technical faults or third-party provider issues, subject to the manifest-error provisions in Section 8.
• Any loss arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws relating to online gambling.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for purpose of any content on the Platform.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, violated applicable laws, or where Account closure is required by regulatory obligation.

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms — including, but not limited to, multi-accounting, fraud, KYC failure or bonus abuse — the Operator reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing should contact support. Balances at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits a consumer's rights to bring claims in the courts of their country of residence where such rights are conferred by mandatory applicable law. The Operator does not claim that these Terms, or the operation of the Platform, are governed by or compliant with Pakistani law. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own risk and on their own legal assessment.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
